Good friend of Joe Brown Lucchese brother of boss Tommy Brown in the 30's

Narrow would become a made member in the 1940's and be placed under Capo Joe Brown Lucchese

He would become partners with Joe Brown in LoBosco Scrap Metals Inc of Corona, and control the junk yard business

Narrow would become a Capo in the 1950's under boss Tommy Lucchese

Narrow would create a gambling empire of 15 millions a year.

Fed's would call Narrow an overlord for gambling for the Lucchese family.

1957 Narrow would be identify and arrested in the mob summit

Joe Valachi would ID Narrow and Joe Brown as Capo's in the Lucchese family

Narrow's right hand man would become Neil Migliore
