"Still emotional, even 18 years later" said Joe.

"But it was really important for us as a family to find him.

"You know we, when someone disappears it's hard to fathom, and all sorts of weird and wonderful thoughts go through your mind, because as humans, there's this great hope... you know, that we will find him."
