At every football club it is the people behind the scenes, the unsung heroes, the people who work tirelessly every day which make that club what it is.

Joe Roach has had a long standing affiliation with AFC Bournemouth. Without a doubt, no team in the past 20+ years in Red and Black hasn't had the benefits of Joe Roach on it. And the Cherries are incredibly lucky to have a man who has implemented such good traits in players off the pitch as well as enhancing their careers on it.

Joe sat down with our very own Matt Harrison to discuss his career from growing up in Liverpool, enlisting for the armed forces and ending up at Dean Court and what each of his experiences provided him along the way.

Joe goes into everything in this 2 hour special video which is a must watch for any young aspiring player wanting to make their mark in the game.
