Joe Tomandil started an apprenticeship program for dairy grazing that mimics that of the trades. It attempts to solve two problems within agriculture. It gives people who are looking to get into agriculture a way to learn and people who looking for a successor but have none to find one. Joe and I talked about what the goals and process with this program is and his thoughts on how dairy grazing can be scaled.
