Brief Biography Joel A’Bell grew up around Sydney and became a Christian at Narrabeen High School in year 8. His first vocational ministry was with C3 in 1993. After a number of years he moved to Hillsong and was there for 20 years. In 2020 he took over as the Oceania leader of Convoy of Hope. Joel married Julia in 1993. They love the church, love helping churches and seeing churches planted. They have 2 adult children and one grandchild. Fast Facts: '? Joel surfs a foil board every morning!
