As Whitesnake are just about hit Australian shores in 2020 we replay our February 2018 interview with the brilliant, humble and super hard working Joel Hoekstra.

Joel has forged an incredible career playing with Night Ranger, Foreigner, Cher, Trans Siberian Orchestra and his current gig in Whitesnake, to name but a few of the bands that have called upon his services.

Along the way Joel has managed to release an impressively diverse collection of solo albums, including his latest hard rocking offering, Dying to Live.
