Joel Webley is a long-time pilot and chairman of the Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals (OBAP). He joins the show to talk about his career journey in aviation, the different areas in the field that don’t require flying, how much of a “genius” you need to be to work in aerospace, and the success in having options.
