His definition of success revolves around building something that gives him the freedom to spend more time with his loved ones. But he always makes sure that every morning is dedicated solely to him and taking care of himself. 

Joey originally got his start in the health and fitness industry about 15 years ago. He was always big in terms of social media presence, so when Instagram launched in 2010, he went all-in and invested his time growing to 1M followers in just 6 months.  

His best social media tips: It’s not about what you have. It’s about who you have in your life. So be authentic and focus on the positivity you can bring to others.
