Johan’s passion is to build organisational agilities and develop fast-moving organisational capabilities. He began his career in 2007 in Stockholm. In late 2011, Johan moved to Bangalore, the Silicon Valley of India, to work on a one-year assignment. He went back to Sweden in the latter half of 2012, only to find himself returning in 2013 to take on a new project that would keep him in India for several years. Based on his experience in India, Johan authored the best-selling book “Doing Business in India.”
