In today’s message from John 10:31–42, we see the tension around Jesus reach a breaking point. His opponents pick up stones, not because of His good works, but because they understand exactly what He is claiming — that He is God.

📖 This passage highlights three powerful themes:
- The rejection of the Messiah — Jesus is accused of blasphemy for claiming divine identity
- The reasonableness of faith — Jesus points to His works as evidence of His unity with the Father
- The refuge found in Christ — though rejected in Jerusalem, many believe in Him across the Jordan

Jesus does not argue defensively or retreat in fear. Instead, He invites honest consideration: If you struggle to believe His words, look at His works. And for those who seek Him humbly, they find truth, safety, and faith that takes root.

This service reminds us that faith in Christ is not blind or irrational — it is grounded in who Jesus is, what He has done, and the life He offers to all who believe.
