  • We all experience loneliness. (John 14:15-21)

    • If we could do it on our own, then we wouldn’t need a Helper.

  • The Holy Spirit gives us guidance in our loneliness. (John 14:22-26)

    • If we could do it on our own, then we wouldn’t need a Teacher.

  • The Holy Spirit gives us transcendental peace in our loneliness. (John 14:27-31)

    • If we could do it on our own, then we wouldn’t need a Savior.

    Why it matters: We can’t do it on our own. Jesus endured the loneliness of the

    cross to end loneliness forever; His presence is the answer to our deepest fears.
