What if all the time we spend working out of our own strength to get our needs and longings met, could in an instant be met by Jesus?

1 - What words or phrases stood out to you in this passage?

2 - When Jesus asked this man if he wanted to be healed, the man answered with what kept him from getting the job done. He’d been trying the same thing for 38 years. What needs or goals or desires do you have that simply can’t be met in your own strength?

3 - What would it look like today for Jesus to speak into that situation. What would have to be different? What would you have to do or stop doing?
