Welcome to this week’s worship service!
Today we step into John 7:1–13, where the question on everyone’s lips is the same question we must each answer: Who is Jesus?
For some in the crowd, He was a good man. For others, He was a deceiver. Even His own brothers didn’t believe in Him yet. And the religious leaders? They were watching closely, plotting His death.
In this passage we discover:
- Why even those closest to Jesus struggled to believe in Him
- How living for God brings resistance and even hatred from the world
- Why Jesus refused to seek fame or human approval — and instead lived fully in the Father’s timing
- How the same question still confronts us today: “Who do you say that He is?”
This message challenges us to consider not just what others say about Jesus, but our own response to Him — the One who is either simply a man, or the Son of God and Savior of the world.
