John Costello, the President and CEO of Cherry’s Industrial Equipment Corporation, is responsible for the overall development and success of the organization. He is experienced in every aspect of the company. John started out in the company as a sales assistant and moved up through the ranks to manager, partner, and sole owner during his 25-year tenure. John has been a leader and advocate for employee engagement and financial literacy, implementing open-book management in 2018 with tremendous results.
John lives in Illinois with his wife Kim, three beautiful kids Jack, Grace and Leah, and their dog Millie who is adored and loved by all. 
John attended Northern Illinois University. He belongs to several industry professional associations including: MHI (Material Handling Industry), EASE (Ergonomic Assist Systems & Equipment), MHEDA (Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association), and IARW (International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses.) and actively participates in the open book community GGOB. 
John enjoys swimming and competes in 5k open water swims and masters state and national championship meets holding top 10 times in many events.

From a small town in Missouri to Stanford business school and 3-time CEO, Kevin Akeroyd is not the proverbial polished CEO. He received his BSBA from Boston College in 1987 and his MBA from University of Massachusetts (International Honor Society Beta Gamma Sigma) in 2016.

Manos Kalaitzoglou is the co-founder and CEO of Arcweave and is a Greek founder originally from Crete, Greece. Before becoming a founder, Manos studied architecture in the National Technical University of Athens, then switched to becoming a web designer as he was always fascinated by design, tech and storytelling. He worked with various startups in design lead and consultancy roles, which eventually led him to realise he and his teams were not efficient with the existing collaboration tools for interactive experiences.
