I met John Crouch when I decide to train BJJ and walked into the MMA Lab in Glendale, AZ and have been training with him, and his team, ever since that day. Coach Crouch is a great guy with a wonderful heart for his gym members and his fighters and I feel so fortunate I get to learn from him and get to know him better.
