Today on the show, I'm rocking the mic with another CEO and fellow Oklahoma Sooners fan. He has been a mentor to me in the pharmacy world and is a phenomenal example of upstanding leadership.

John Crumly became Chief Executive Officer of Pharmacy Providers of Oklahoma (PPOk) in April of 2018 after serving as Executive Vice-President for 17 years. PPOk was formed in 1985 and provides services to over 3,800 pharmacies nationwide.

John received his bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy in 1985 from the University of Oklahoma. BOOMER SOONER! He also holds a master’s degree in health care administration from the University of Oklahoma College of Public Health. With more than 30 years of experience as a pharmacist and 20 years as a health care administrator, John is focused on ensuring independent pharmacists continue to be positioned to successfully compete in an ever more complex and challenging health care environment.

John served as President of the Oklahoma Pharmacists Association (OPhA) for the 2010-2011 term, and he received the Upsher Smith Excellence in Innovation award in 2013 and the OPhA Spirit Award in 2015.
