John Delf is the Head Strength Coach at Piedmont Univerity where he’s been the first ever strength coach for the last 3.5 years. Coach Delf also has spent 2.5 years at Shorter and Univerity of Illinois-Springfield, respectfully. He also has had experience with running his own training facility in Illinois for 12 months before making his way back to Georgia via Piedmont University. John played D3 football and basketball at Berry College where he won 3 conference championships.
