John Groth is a pathologist at NorthShore University HealthSystem in greater Chicago, IL. He joins the show to discuss in great detail his recent experience leading NorthShore going digital. All elements of the transition are covered, including value propositions to patients and administrators, team building, vendor selection, training, and implementation.
