Jeffrey Epstein’s autopsy determined that he suffered multiple broken neck bones.  This sort of break is a result of a person hangs themselves or dies by strangulation.  The two guards that were supposed to watch Epstein fell asleep and falsified records to cover it up.  The guards have since been suspended.  'I Read the News Today'.
