Before diving into software development I gathered experience across multiple industries ranging from customer service, to construction, to logistics, to life-guarding & life-guard instruction, and even a short stint as a Bellman. Whether it's assisting a customer through dealing with multiple departments in a call center, laying gas lines under a house, or tracking orders for a construction site, every experience has a lesson or skill that can lead to growth, and I believe this gives me a distinct advantage stepping into the world of software development.
