John Higgins. John is the General Counsel and Senior Vice President of the Tampa Bay Rays and Tampa Bay Rowdies. John attended the University of Notre Dame – Mendoza School of Business and Duke University School of Law. Prior to becoming the first employee of the Tampa Bay Rays, John was a business and real estate attorney in Tampa Bay.
