John list was a person who kept to himself and had strong beliefs in his father's teachings. His father was strict and taught his son specific ways of the lutheran church. His ways to be precise. Little did his father know, that his teachings would cause such a horrendous act. In so, John List did the unspeakable and sent his family to heaven, because he did not want them living a "poor life"
