Power Rack Training Volume One-Eric Fiorillo The Host of the Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio 24/7 Welcomes John McKean to the Broadcast.“John McKean, turning a “young” 74 this December, has been competing in all aspects of the iron game for 57 years. As a retired Middle school math teacher, with a Masters's degree in Guidance & Counseling, John put to good use all the writing required in college, by  “self-discovery” articles published in about every available strength journal. He was quite involved with the sport during the “golden age” of power rack training in the 1960s, and has continually trained with, researched, and written about this dynamic system ever since!”

Welcome, Everyone to our Podcast today Titled Power Rack Training Volume One With John McKean and Eric Fiorillo. This show among many in the next few years are going to answer so many misnomers about the Power Rack and why those four steel posts lagged into your garage floor can literally turn you into a Hulk!

This podcast will talk about the history of the Power Rack and how Bob Hoffman owner of York Barbell Company really ushered in this marvelous piece of steel to strength athletes in the 1960s. Eric and John will touch upon their experiences past, present, and into the future with the Power Rack and also make the announcement of Eric's new squat bar designed specifically for Dead Stop Squat Lifting and the Huge Iso Push! There will be much more on what this bar will produce for you once its completely prototyped and is ready for market!

A few other of the many things we talked about was the effect the rack work had on Super Lifter Bill March, Olympic Star Lou Riecke and of course Dr. Ziegler. Were the Germans the first to use isometrics? The whole point of this teaching course is to educate you on how to get really big and strong, create nerves of steel and build ligaments and tendons that literally look like steel cable jutting out of your skin! How does that sound?

Here is your opportunity to learn from the Mater Lifter John McKean who trained in that golden era. Most of the lifters we talked about on today's podcast John new personally and had seen them in the gym training! I hope you'll enjoy this course and take the challenge. You'll be so strong the earth will tremble and shake when you walk! That's something to really think about! Stay Tuned!
