Focused on concept and business development, John drives the creative process for the company, envisioning restaurants and bringing them to life, as well as forging new partnerships with hotel developers to create bespoke food and beverage experiences for their guests. John is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, a director on the Board of the NYC Hospitality Alliance, and an active member of the NYC Food Service Industry Partnership Advisory Council (NY SBS). In 2016, he received the “Next Generation” Award from the NYC Hospitality Alliance.
