John was most recently the Director of Marketing and Global Head of Customer Lab at Bupa (one of the world's largest health insurance companies). John has also held senior roles in the Banking and Telco space, as well as some time with Australia Post. He's back in Australia now after a number of years abroad and provided us with some very unique insights into marketing in the health and wellbeing space.
