In just one week we will celebrate the joyous and miraculous resurrection of Jesus. However, before the resurrection there was the crucifixion and the man who ultimately decided whether Jesus lived or died was the Roman Precept, Pontius Pilate. Surprisingly Pilate did NOT believe Jesus deserved death or even punishment. So why did he sentence Jesus to death on a cross?
