John Rasiej (pronounced (Rashay) began his entrepreneurial exploration after escaping a civil service career. While working for the government he studied acting and directed plays in off hours for over 20 years.  As he stepped into the business world creating Speak Louder Than Words, to coach people on public speaking and delivering compelling stories. 

John and his amazing wife Lusia co-created JohnandLuisa.com to help couples who’ve been together for a while but the excitement is starting to dull and fade. They live a life filled with love, passion and exploration and know that other couples can find the same kind of renewed energy. They take couples to Italy while working on the relationship, taking advantage of Luisa’s Italian upbringing. Their own latest adventure is to relocate to Italy for at least several months, for a project called Piazza Italia.  The goal is to bring better awareness of business, social media, public speaking and stand-out customer service to places that cater to tourists in Italy.
