Toronto-based lawyer John Richardson is our guest this week at 4TN. He was born in the United States and has lived almost all of his life outside and spent the best part of a decade helping US Citizens with FATCA the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act. This means all US persons wherever they are living in the world are subject to US-based Citizenship taxation. John has set up a group with Laura Snyder and Karen Alpert called Stop Extraterritorial American Taxation.
