This week our guest is John Sadak, a top sports broadcaster for CBS Sports Network and Westwood one; he also called games for the New York Mets during the 2019 baseball season. Growing up, John wanted to be an astrophysicist, but ended up in the broadcast booth. He discusses how he formed his network and how he continually leverages his connections within the sports industry. We talk about the power of “yes”, and how those three letters can domino into something much greater that you cannot foresee; and how “no” leads to others getting your opportunity. The broadcasting world is extremely competitive, but with John's natural ability and his incredible work ethic he has been able to forge a successful career that is on the rise.
