John Salajka (Sa-LIKE-a) is the owner of Great Escape Coaching, former owner of both SB Payment Systems & Universal Solutions. He has also held leadership positions with TruGreen and Yusen Logistics.

For over 25 years, John has helped a wide variety of people, teams and organizations clarify their vision & strategy, develop a plan and then accompany them on their journey to execute their plan.
