After the first movie was a sleeper hit which amassed popularity in the couple of years after its release, chapter 2 picks up the ball and runs with it, delivering more of everything audiences loved about the first. Keanu kicks more ass, the antagonists are fleshed out more and this movie has some of the slickest, albeit most aggressive reloading of guns you'll ever see in an action flick. John Wick Chapter 2 is a rare case of a sequel being maybeeee sliiiightly betterrrrish than the first.
