New Year's Resolutions are very important. Resolution's establish a tone for the rest of the year. A lot of people often think that New Year's Resolutions mean once you fail a resolution that they are done with it, but it is a journey throughout the entire year. These resolutions makes a small growth plan to add a bit more information to your life. Failing during a resolution is just another word for learning. I talk about my own growth with resolutions, my respect for those that try, and tips on creating a New Year's Resolution. One of the things I hate the most is when people discourage others during their New Year's Resolution, those people are sad small floppy dicks that have no respect for themselves and need to reflect that on others.
