Are you Empowered full time or part time?
Research is finding women struggle to balance both home and work. Furth more we tend to grapple a bit in their home life especially in the bedroom.
What is funny is how the bedroom has become such a taboo topic. Yet we typically spend anywhere from 6-10 hours in our bedroom when we are home, thus it make sense to ensure your needs are met with your significant other or spouse?
As women tend to think we can do it all. We also tend to go it alone and have to be perfect. Unbelievably women tend not to share with their girlfriends that they may be having issues in the most private manner. Thus, the Bedroom allows my clients to have a thinking partner and confidante, where they express some of those issues or concerns. Those issues are not limited to the bedroom as we can discuss women’s health, parenting, communication with loved ones, parenting your parents as well as the bedroom private matters.
There is a paradigm between skills and issues we encounter in the boardroom and the bedroom
Join us today and walk away with some tools that can help facilitate the Bedroom
Communication. Women tend to lead with emotions in communication and failure to have ones needs met in the bedroom must be someone’s fault right? However, that is not the case. We have to remember to communicate those needs. Yes, I am suggesting taboo talk about needs.
Women tend to have high level of empathy- we don’t want to make our partner feel bad … so what do we do – Need I say more?
Understanding needs now verses when we were 20 something. Did you know hormones effect women’s brain chemistry very differently then men’s brain and thus our desires and needs change as we grow older and wiser?
I go where most coaches will not or cannot go and I will ask the questions that need asking. Once the client and I establish a relationship where trust and open communications are at the forefront, we visit the bedroom, figuratively. We discuss her needs being met, issues or concerns that may hold my client back for getting those needs met.
The bedroom is more than a room in your home- it is where we all should find harmony. The bedroom is your home life.
Work can be fabulous but if home is not then we need to work on home and vice verse, that is boardroom to bedroom. Success is when you have happiness in both!
