My name is Liz. I came to DGB very early on right after I began the process of divorcing my husband after a 13 year marriage. I wanted to “solve” my divorce just like I had tried to approach all challenging aspects of my life. My divorce has been the best worst thing that could have ever happened, and although it took a few years, I have learned to surrender to the process and to feel all of it.

2 years later and I am in the best shape of my life and my self care is on point. Professionally I have found my voice after 20 years as a social worker helping others. I am still finding my voice in love and am learning my value. I practice daily affirmations. I show up for my community and I help anywhere or anyone I can. I am a kick ass mom and I am blessed with the most important job of living and raising 3 amazing little souls, age 10, 8 and 4.
