Danisha Baughan, is a New York State certified school and mental health counselor and the founder of "CONVEAUX. The Chat N’ Chew Experience." An organization that is dedicated to hosting insightful conversations within the Black community, by bringing more people together by breaking barriers and building stronger bonds.

In this episode Danisha talks about her motivations for beginning her organization, the challenges  and  rewards of creating and sustaining dialogue between men and women of color, and invites our listeners to a first hand experience of Chat N' Chew on August 10th 2019.
