If you aren't already. There's an amazing power that is released inside of you when you make a conscious choice to encourage someone. Some time ago I wrote a book about a guy named Barney.

He was a local encourager, a community organizer involved in a fundraiser to support victims of a famine in a major metro area to prevent starvation. His life impacted the entire world for generations.

The opposite is discouragement that can lead to depression despair and even death. You have the power to literally save someone's life.
