Today, Benny Kurniawan and Sigit Hanafi are hosting this podcast. At benny side, he talked about GERD acronym for (Gastroesophageal reflux disease). As a sufferer he wanted to share his experience in tackling this disease and all of its symptomps. As we will end this year soon, Sigit talked about the resolution we all have had, and discussing why we can fail our resolution and to improve it in the next year.
