When attached to a bed, users can become trapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress leading to entrapment and asphyxiation. The bed rails also lack required hazard warning labels. The recalled product is model HC0262.
About 12,000 bed rails were sold on Amazon.com from August 2025 through November 2025.
Stop using these JOKOSIS Bed Rails and contact the company by email at [email protected] to receive a refund. To obtain the refund, you must write the word “RECALLED” on the upper and lower rails using a permanent marker, take a photo of the marked bed rails, and email the photo to the company. After submitting the photo, dispose of the recalled product in accordance with your local waste disposal procedures.
