Jon Bodholdt (big Jon) is a person that I will always remember because of the impact he had on me in my early 20's. This podcast does not do justice when it comes to what kind of person he is. I will always thank All American Sports for introducing me to some incredible people. I had Jon on because I wanted to really figure out what makes him such a stand-up guy. As you can tell, I am very impressed with how he holds a positive outlook with everything that he does after everything that he has been through. He has faced more adversity that I can imagine and still goes out of his way to make sure that everyone around him is taken care of before himself. We talk about the foster care system, anxiety, education, and how to keep pushing forward when it seems like all of the cards are stacked against you. Jon was not prepared for most of the questions that I asked him (sorry Jon) but he answered them openly and honestly. This is a really great episode and I hope you enjoy it.
