Jon Howell is a niche podcaster whose early investment in creating content allowed him to navigate two super destructive cyclones heading right towards his business.  As founder and CEO of AviaDev, an aviation conference that focuses on creating flight paths between African countries, Covid literally tried to wipe out not only his industry (events) but the already fragile community he served (travel in Africa).
