This episode looks at Jonah 2:1, “Then Jonah prayed to the LORD his God from the belly of the fish.” Even though he is still in the fish, Jonah can pray to God about his deliverance. We need to follow that posture and ask God for help to turn to him even when we are in the midst of trials and suffering.
