Without repentance there is no Gospel hope in your life. And there will be no repentance w/o the acknowledgment of sin. One must first recognize their in sin, and have a desire to turn from that sin toward God. Then forgiveness through Christ can be received.

In this message, we see an Old Testament example of Real Repentance from the people of Nineveh and God’s response to them. Though we don’t have full gospel clarity from the mouth of Jonah, we have a wonderful word picture in this story that can be used as an illustration to better help us understand repentance and how it relates to the Gospel.
