God pursues Jonah even though he is disobedient. Jonah is put in a watery timeout which gives him time to think and pray. God often uses great distress in our lives to soften our hearts. Often, we only look to God when we are out of other options. But God is a God of second chances. What has the Lord rescued you to do?
