Today's program focuses on poems about women. I begin with short poems by two Lithuanian women poets -- Danutė Paulauskaitė and Onė Baliukonė -- and end with two poems of my own in which women play a central structural and metaphoric role. The first of those two poems is from my book St. Brigid's Well and the second poem is from my forthcoming volume of poems and drawings titled Notebook Sketches.
