Jonathan is co-founder of the insanely popular hot dog chain in Charlotte, and he and his wife Melissa discuss on the podcast their ups and downs with the business over the years (she serves as the company's CFO) and how their culinary careers ultimately helped prepare them for their recent growth and success.  Jon and JJ's were prominently featured on an episode of 'Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives' with Guy Fieri earlier this year, and the husband-wife team chatted about that unique experience as well.
