Jonathan DeCou is currently serving as the Lead Pastor of Preaching & Teaching at Whitneyville Bible Church in Alto, Michigan. He brings more than 40 years of ministry experience to his current ministry responsibilities.

After his training at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois, DeCou served a number of churches across the country in various capacities. He has served as teaching pastor, worship arts pastor, and provided pulpit supply, all in addition to an extensive ministry of teaching at conferences and through church consulting.

DeCou states his passion for life this way: "I want to spend my life and all my talent and gifts to exceptionally and excellently make God famous, encourage other Christ-followers and introduce others to Jesus Christ."

Jonathan is married to the love of his life, Shari, and together they have five children (a daughter and four sons), a "son-in-love", two "daughters-in-love" and four beautiful grandchildren.
