🌿 Hello Beautiful Soul 🌿
In the symphony of life, we've explored the notes of past trauma, delved into the realms of mental and physical health, but have we truly listened to the echoes of ancestral pain?Â
This is a space I've always felt drawn to—an arena of healing that spans across generations.
Imagine the stories intertwined into our lineage, the triumphs and trials that shaped our forebears' paths.
Â
Ancestral trauma work—a concept that's been part of my journey, a guiding light in my work with clients.Â
This isn't just a whisper in the wind; it's a profound truth echoing through time.
And let me tell you, there was this conversation, a treasure among the many I've had. A meeting of minds and hearts, a soul I've encountered in person in my home town of London.Â
We journeyed through the corridors of ancestral trauma work, peeling back the layers that bind us to the past and hold the keys to our present.
Â
The resonance was deep, the wisdom shared was transformative.
This work isn't just about healing ourselves; it's about healing the roots of our family tree, about lovingly mending generations that came before and those yet to arrive.Â
Picture this—a closer bond with your family, one of understanding and compassion. A healing that ripples through time, a gift we bestow upon ourselves and our descendants.
The heart of ancestral trauma work is a space where we rewrite narratives, where pain is transformed into resilience, and where the echoes of history find their harmony in the present.Â
Join me and Jonathan on this journey, as we explore the untold stories and embrace the transformative power of healing across time. 🌟✨Â
Jonathan is a graduate in Public Health and has worked in factual television for over 20 years. He is an experienced ancestral trauma practitioner, training initially in the practice of systemic constellations. He went on to further advance these techniques incorporating a series of other disciplines to create ‘The Inherited Trauma Release’ process.
It was his own first hand experience seeing the potential of this work on his own struggles, which drew him to the practice.
