Jonathan Plasencia is veteran of the United State Navy who deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. After serving in the Navy, Jonathan Plasencia pursued a role in the healthcare industry. He has worked at the Veterans Healthcare Administration for 10 years. His current role is the Chief Operating Officer of the Eastern Oklahoma Veterans Healthcare System.
