Shailen sits down with the head coach for Georgia Women's Basketball, Joni Taylor. Joni is the 2021 SEC Women's Basketball Coach of the Year and one of four finalists for National Coach of the Year. She is on the board of directors for the WBCA and is passionate about the world of women's basketball outside of the game. This episode is jam-packed with information regarding the women's basketball industry, that you probably did not know. They discuss revenue distribution, the heat on NCAA post-season problems, and how we can fix all of that. Georgia Women's Basketball went on a 21-7 run this season and Joni credit's it to the culture they have built over the years. They discuss how to go up from there and continue success on the scoreboard and interpersonally.
