Welcome to the Podcast!  Better and better is simply put, a mentality, a changed view of one’s personal life that will significantly change their future self. mostly in regards to self disciplines that are changed incrementally and executed consistently that ultimately change the trajectory of their future.  Hello, my name is Jonny Gaston, I am on my own personal journey.  This podcast is specifically for me to share all of the complexity that is within this mindset. I am writing a book and I’m using this podcast in order for me to launch this effort. My goal is to have a book published in my hand by the time I turned 40 years old, which will be March 15, 2026. The first book will be small just a little over 50 pages almost like a coffee table book. The next book will be much larger and will be entitled “better and better” 
I hope to use the podcast To build a community of people who want to take this journey with me in their own life. There are a plethora of topics that range from all the different sub categories of a person‘s life, such as financial, relational, spiritual, physical, fitness, education, goals And aspirations.
This is all dedicated to my children, Gracie and Gavin, so they will have my voice on all these topics whether I am alive or suddenly they lose me God forbid. But we do not know what tomorrow holds.
